From introduction to delivery.
Trade Link takes transactions from agreement to arrival — sourcing, documentation, logistics and delivery. On our own account, or on yours.
Why we exist
A meeting is not a shipment.
Finding a buyer or a seller is only the beginning. The reality of international trade is execution. It is negotiating terms, securing letters of credit, managing customs, organizing freight, and ensuring that what was promised actually arrives. Many businesses can make a deal; far fewer have the operational capacity to fulfill it. That is the gap Trade Link fills. We provide the execution layer for global trade.
Three ways we work
One business, three modes.
Principal Trading
We act as the principal in the transaction. We buy the goods, we hold the risk, we arrange the transport, and we sell to the final destination. This is our core business. It provides our clients with immediate liquidity and transfers execution risk to us.
Agency & Representation
For manufacturers looking to enter new markets without building their own operational footprint, we act as their exclusive representative. We manage the sales channel, handle local compliance, and manage the supply chain on their behalf.
Logistics & Execution
Sometimes the deal is already done, but the operational complexity remains. We provide pure execution services — managing documentation, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and delivery — as a standalone service.
How we decide
We trade where we are licensed.
We represent where we are not.
Our operating model is dictated by regulatory reality, not preference. If we hold the necessary licenses — specific agricultural import licenses, industrial materials permits — we trade on our own account. If the regulatory environment requires local entity ownership or manufacturing credentials we do not possess, we structure the engagement as an agency or representation agreement. The end result for the client — successful delivery — is identical.

Goods, quantity, origin, destination. We will come back with a preliminary execution plan or a clear answer that it falls outside our operational parameters.
